Laser cut mylar stencils. Mylar can be cleaned with most solvents and it can be reused many times for a stencil that will last for years. There is no frame squeegee or solder paste included. Our stencils are made from 3 mil or 4 mil mylar with a low power co2 laser.

The adhesive will prevent the detached mylar pieces from being blown around during the cutting process. I use 120um mylar films rotate the stencil by 45deg and run the laser in raster mode. Mylar is otherwise know as polyester film. You can find the adhesive i use on amazon by clicking here.

This material is widely used for stencils because it is so easy to clean and stencil with. I ve experimented with this too and it turns out you can do even stencils for 0 5mm pitch parts.
